Les Baux de Provence one of twelve new greetings cards by Brian Fleming now being stocked by Empress Art in Tower Road

Empress Art, in Tower Road, has just launched a new range of greetings cards by prize-winning Winchelsea artist Brian Fleming. The twelve different designs, all in full colour cover botanical subjects and views of the Caribbean and other travel destinations. A gouache of Les Baux de Provence, based on a recent trip to France, has been accepted for the Royal Watercolour Society / Sunday Times Watercolour Competition 2008, to be held at the Bankside Gallery in London from the 10th to the 21st of September. Brian, who has formed Winchelsea Designs Ltd. with a partner to market the cards, has used Empress Art  exclusively for framing his paintings since moving to the area over ten years ago. The cards are printed by St Leonard’s company Fastprint & Design (printers of Bohemia Village Voice).
